1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stacko ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Revolis ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Stacko.

2. Description of Service

Stacko is a mobile application that provides:

• AI-powered receipt and document scanning
• Expense tracking and budget management
• Secure document vault with biometric protection
• AI-generated spending insights and coaching
• Multi-currency support and bill reminders

Stacko is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You can register using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current information during registration
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free and Pro Plans

4.1 Free Plan

Stacko offers a free plan with limited features:

• 5 scans per day
• 1 vault category
• 30-day expense history
• Basic morning brief notifications
• Basic expiry alerts and bill reminders

4.2 Pro Plan (Subscription)

Stacko Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited scans, AI insights, smart folders, cloud backup, and more.

4.3 Pricing

• Monthly: $4.99/month with 7-day free trial
• Yearly: $34.99/year with 14-day free trial
• Founding Member: $19.99/year (limited availability, lifetime discounted rate)

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store or Google Play.

4.4 Billing & Renewal

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Free trial: if offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, according to their respective refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Stacko for any illegal purpose or to track illegal financial activities
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content to the vault
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Abuse the AI scanning feature (e.g., mass-scanning non-financial content)
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI features (scanning, insights, coaching) are provided "as is" and may contain errors
• AI-extracted data from receipts (amounts, dates, categories) should be verified by you before relying on it
• AI spending insights and budget coaching are informational only and do not constitute financial advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• OCR accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, and document condition

7. Document Vault

• The vault is designed for personal document storage and organization
• We encrypt your documents and implement security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important documents
• Do not store your sole copy of critical legal documents in Stacko — always maintain physical or alternative digital backups
• We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual Property

• Stacko, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Revolis
• You retain ownership of all content you upload (receipts, documents, expense data)
• By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content
• The Stacko name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Revolis

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control
• AI features depend on third-party services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) and their availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice
• Currency exchange rates are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time market rates

11. Limitation of Liability

• Stacko is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from inaccurate AI data extraction
• We are not liable for missed bill payments, expired documents, or financial decisions based on App data

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolis from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Account Termination

• By you: You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion

14. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey
• Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring claims in your local consumer protection court

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revolis regarding Stacko
